These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OneClickDate. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OneClickDate. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
Member Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to OneClickDate (photos, text, profile information). By submitting content, you grant OneClickDate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to harass, impersonate, defraud, exploit, or harm others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Posting false or misleading profile information
- Soliciting money or financial information from other members
- Sending spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk messages
- Using automated systems or bots to access the service
- Attempting to circumvent safety features or access restrictions
- Sharing illegal, obscene, or harmful content
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws
Memberships and Billing
OneClickDate offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships provide access to additional features as described on the membership page.
Paid memberships may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the billing terms presented at checkout. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. Early access promotional credits are non-transferable and subject to the terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety, legal, or platform integrity risks. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not verify the identity, background, or intentions of all members, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClickDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OneClickDate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
