Can I join for free?+

When does billing start?+
Billing begins when you purchase a paid subscription, not when you join the waitlist or create a free account.
How do I cancel a membership?+
Membership cancellation and renewal details will be shown in your billing settings once subscriptions are active.

Early Access

How does early access work?+
Before launch, you can reserve your spot by joining the early signup list. Early signup perks, if offered, will be communicated at launch and may be subject to eligibility rules.
When is the launch date?+
OneClickDate is launching on April 20, 2026. Early signup members will be the first to know when the full platform goes live.

Safety

How do I report or block someone?+
You can use in-app safety tools to report or block a member. If you need immediate help, contact support at support@oneclickdate.com.
Are profiles verified?+
We offer photo verification and optional income verification. Verified members receive trust badges on their profiles.

Account

How do I reset my password?+
Use the sign-in page to request a password reset or choose a supported social sign-in option if available.
Can I delete my account?+
